Exploretrend.shop operates on a dropshipping model, meaning that products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Because of this, shipping times, costs, and fulfillment processes can vary depending on the supplier’s location and their policies. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms laid out in this shipment policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of payment. This includes order verification, packaging, and dispatching from the supplier. Processing times may be extended during busy periods, holidays, or due to supplier-specific delays. You will be notified via email when your order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Times
Since we work with multiple suppliers worldwide, shipping times can vary depending on the product’s origin and your location. Generally, shipping times are:
– Domestic Orders (within your country): 2-8 business days.
– International Orders: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may be longer due to factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, or unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the supplier, and the size and weight of the product. Some suppliers may offer free shipping, while others may charge a fee. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or if part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. Include photos of the damage or wrong items, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or additional shipment, depending on the situation.
8. Lost or Undelivered Orders
In the case of a lost package, if the tracking indicates non-delivery, we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and supplier. If confirmed lost, we will either offer a full refund or resend the product. If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal office before reaching out to us.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to update the address. However, if the package is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs.
